STK Scottsdale When steak meets+Lets party Steak House · Scottsdale Waterfront · $$ "It's like Steak 44 and Maple & Ash had a 1990's love child" Intro Old Town Scottsdale Arizona is a destination to many,  so it does makes sense to add another steakhouse...right?  Located at the Scottsdale Waterfront is Scottsdale’s latest Steakhouse STK Scottsdale.  STK Scottsdale has locations from San Diego to Dubai including Las Vegas.  Old Town Scottsdale is vastly becoming LA and Las Vegas all in one.  When you first enter you hear loud 90’s music and bright LED lights, kind of like a dance club. It’s like Steak 44 and Maple & Ash had a 1990’s love child!  It’s very swanky inside with art and black walls and LED lights in all the right places.   Ordered For starters the bread, freshly baked with blue cheese butter and olive oil to dip into.  My wife and I shared the Blue salad, ordered the Filet 10oz and 8oz.  I got the Parmesan crust and various sauces like STK, red wine and blue cheese.  Frankly the steak needs none of this and I will pass on future visits.  The filet is cooked to perfection and very flavorful.
