Extended wait time- Extended wait time standard pay rates for Sedan $90hr/SUV $110hr/Sprinter $220hr will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.

Cancellations- Customers can cancel a Black Van, LLC dba Luxe 48 Sedan/SUV reservations at any time up to (24) hours before the scheduled pickup for a full fare refund by calling (480)788-7245
- Customers can cancel a Black Van, LLC dba Luxe 48 Sprinter/Mini bus reservations at any time up to (4) days before the scheduled pickup for a full fare refund by calling (480)788-7245
- Black Van, LLC dba Luxe 48 will not provide a refund if the reservation is canceled or changed less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time, or in the event of reservation abandonment (No Show). This includes bookings made within 1-2 hours of pickup time.
Special Events- Special event cancellation must be made 7 business days in advance for full refund. Black Van LLC dba Luxe 48 reserves the right to retain full fare in the case where the cancellation is made within 7 business days of said booking.
Flight Cancellations and Delays Due to Airlines- Failure to contact Black Van, LLC dba Luxe 48 with flight cancellation or delay information in a timely manner may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare. Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for refund when a replacement reservation is made.
- All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
Damage/Cleaning Fees- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Drug use is prohibited by law.
- Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
- Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
